One great advantage of USA Datanet’s Hosted IP Service is the intuitive web portal that is available 24/7 to the customer. Through this web portal the customer administrator can initiate moves, adds and changes at any time. Individual users can change individual settings that control how their phone will handle and distribute calls, and receive and distribute messages.

Additionally, due the web interface USA Datanet is able to perform remote management for the customer if necessary, saving time and expensive premise visits.

Live Customer and Technical Support

Throughout its development, USA Datanet has made superior customer service its primary goal, and has invested significantly in developing a call center that is able to handle up to 85,000 in-bound calls per month, and an expert technical staff in the field of IP Communications.

USA Datanet certified personnel will perform the installation at the customers premise, ensuring a timely installation and preparation for a seamless conversion to the Hosted IP service. Next, training all customer personnel will be completed before the actual cutover occurs, to insure that all personnel is familiar with the ease of use of the Hosted IP service when it comes on line. Working with the customer, the cutover will occur in off-hours, so there is no disruption of service. Upon customer acceptance of the installation, a dedicated account representative will then be assigned to the customer.

All Hosted IP Communications Service customers will have dedicated internal Account Management Teams who are solely focused on Hosted IP Customers. Specifically trained for the Hosted IP Communications Service, they will be assigned on an individual customer basis, ensuring that the needs of our Hosted IP Communications customers are proactively managed by people the customers know and trust. Customer support is available 24 hours a day.

USA Datanet’s Network Operations Center (NOC) is located near our corporate headquarters, in Syracuse, N.Y. This facility is manned and secure 24x7x365, providing constant monitoring of systems, connections and networks. NOC personnel are tasked with proactively monitoring the network and related systems, and in conjunction with our Account Management Teams, will provide the highest level of technical support for our customers.
