In addition, the company recently completed major capital improvements to its VoIP network with the addition of a new network operations center, co-located at USA Datanet’s 7,000 square foot network center.

This efficient and scalable center provides level 2 support for the company’s commercial and carrier customers. An expanded team of service and technical support professionals deliver first class service, with proactive correction of service-affecting events prior to customer awareness.

Custom built for USA Datanet by one of the industry’s leading developers of network facilities, this new center adds significant improvements in software monitoring, remote monitoring and broadband diagnostics, as well as providing basic troubleshooting, trouble ticket management and escalation, reporting, and complete process and work flow documentation. The real-time capabilities this network operations center provides is instrumental in ensuring the reliable performance and high quality of service required by today’s commercial and carrier services customer.
